Senior IP Telecommunication Engineer (Fulltime)

Primary Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Duties & Responsibilities:

-          Full presales cycle duties; UC consultative sales, design, RFP response, and technical proposal editing

-          Carry-out/managing professional services duties; staging, site implementation, and handove

-          Development/management of necessary documentation

-          Management of centralized operation center

-          Team standards and procedures development

-          Reporting to higher management with project implementation progress, team performance evaluation, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Qualifications:

-          4-10 years solid experience in relevant position

-          CCNA, CCVP or other equivalent certification is required

-          Basic Network Routing & Switching knowledge is required

-          WAN, Security, Wireless, Internet, and other technology experience is preferred but not necessary

-          Proven experience in design and implementation of large-scale projects

Skills:

-          VoIP technology and protocols sound understanding

-          Cisco Unified Communications solution gear knowledge and experience

-          3rd party applications experience and knowledge (billing and billing gateways, voice recording, paging & PTT, VAS applications, monitoring and management, ACD, CTI, hospitality applications…etc)

-          Other UC vendors knowledge and experience is highly preferred

-          Customer Presentation performing and basic presentation editing 

-          Leadership and team coaching experience is a must

-          Basic project management skills  

-          English and Arabic
